Job responsibilities Key Working Relationships The post holder will be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice to strategic leads Work with members of the Team to develop and implement project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data Communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports, to job manager, strategic lead/ strategic manager as appropriate Responsibilities Participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services, and initiatives to provide information and analytical advice to programme and project leads Undertake occasional practice visits/meetings as required as part of the PCIT ICB/Primary care workstreams Act as a focal point for GP Practices in accessing business change processes provided by the ICB, NHIS or other IT service providers. Support the implementation of IT projects for the ICB and those managed technically by NHIS. Ensure knowledge of national and local developments are fed into the implementation of projects. Support the Primary Care IT team in building the knowledge base of operational processes required to deliver efficient primary care services in GP Practices. Ability to work independently and manage own time based on workload above Support the Deputy Head of IT/Programme Manager with the collation of project plans and highlight reports for relevant internal boards and engagement groups Maintain the PCIT Notts Practice list, ensuring contacts are kept up to date Assist the PCIT in reviewing and maintaining the current digital filing system, team intranet and minuting of the Primary Care IT Forum/Steering Group and any associated tasks arising there from Interface with NHIS providing a tactical support for clinical systems issues that may be raised that can be resolved through training and development.
