You will play a key role in supporting the management team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service and quoting support across UK and India divisions Process and update EDI forecasts in SAP, resolving issues such as phase-out or error parts Convert forecasts into sales orders and manage arrears for the upcoming week Generate and print packing lists for the Production and Dispatch teams Manage customer export documents and support customs clearance processes Assist the sales and purchasing teams with internal quotes and data entry Support with various IT tasks, internal reporting, and document filing Maintain the internal filing system and collate manufacturing information What We're Looking For Previous experience in administration or office support Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP (desirable) A proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Apply?
