Overview
We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to join our dynamic team at The Queens Head, Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a background in bartending, restaurant, and kitchen operations, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
Duties
1. Supervise and coordinate team members in service
2. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
3. Oversee bar operations to maintain efficiency and quality
4. Train and mentor staff on best practices in serving and customer service
5. Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
1. Previous experience in bartending and kitchen environments
2. Demonstrated ability in team management and leadership
3. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
4. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
5. Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations
