The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating extraordinary experiences for guests? As part of our Food and Beverage team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing service standards at all our bar establishments, including the outdoor spa terrace.
As the Bar Team Leader, you will support the daily operations of our spa terrace bar. You will ensure that guests receive exceptional service, maintain the highest quality standards, and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment for your team. Your leadership skills, coupled with your passion for the hospitality industry, will be essential in preserving our reputation for excellence and achieving our business goals.

Your Skills & Expertise:
* Lead by example to ensure high-quality service delivery across all bar establishments, including the outdoor spa terrace.
* Engage with guests, gathering feedback to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Assess current service methods, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations.
* Continuously review staffing levels and adjust them to meet business demands.
* Develop and manage staff rotas to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
* Hold monthly team meetings to discuss operational aspects such as objectives, sales targets, standards, and maintenance.
* Motivate your team, aligning their goals with the broader business objectives, while encouraging feedback and professional development.
* Demonstrate strong leadership and human resource management skills.

Personal Specification:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.

Shift Patterns:
* 40 hours per week
* 5 days out of 7 per week
* Full flexibility is essential, as you’ll be expected to work as needed to meet the demands of the business.
