This company specialise in highly skilled mechanical engineering projects across a wide range of industries, from marine to industrial. Due to continued growth they are looking for a motivated welder to join their friendly team.
In this role you will be split equally between workshop-based work and visiting customer sites across the UK, occasional stays away will be required. The role will involve maintenance, servicing and repair of heavy vehicles across a range of sectors, including Plant, Construction, Marine, transport, and more.
The role would suit a mechanically biased engineer with experience working on heavy equipment, such as Plant equipment, HGVs, marine engineering or similar - or is from a REME background.
The Role:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm
50/50 workshop and field based (some stays away)
Service/ Maintenance of heavy vehicles and machinery
Plentiful optional overtime
The Person:
Mechanical engineer
Full UK Driver's license
Flexible to stay away when required
