Summary
Fantastic position as an Underwriting Assistant within AXA XL. The primary purpose of the Underwriting Assistant role is to perform tasks supporting the existing Underwriting book of business, whilst developing the necessary skillset to liaise with key internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid role in our Ipswich office as well as remotely.

What you’ll do at work
* Working with Middle Office London Team to develop your knowledge of the class of business and the accounts written by:
* Performing “Account Health Check” on renewal accounts
* Performing Compliance and Sustainability checks on new and renewal business
* Indexing (digital filing of documents against correct records)
* Data entry and corrections. Calculation sheets
* Premium reconciliations and amendments
* Account and portfolio management and reporting tasks

Your training will be run by a market leading Insurance training provider. Throughout your programme, you will have a dedicated Skills Coach to support your learning. Your training will be delivered remotley, you will not visit an external location for your learning.
