What's involved for the Project Coordinator...
Issue and reconcile purchase orders
Update delivery schedules and check PODs from the site team
Manage operational logistics
Collate monthly stock takes from site teams and update client-facing spreadsheets
Process invoices and pass them to the accounts team
Update project information in company software
Issue O&M information for review by the Contracts Manager
Handle warranty/guarantee requests and ensure timely issuance prior to project completion
Upload and track inspection reports
Order, monitor, and off-hire access equipment as needed
Create and maintain project files
Coordinate booking for training, hotels, and meetings
Monitor and update the company training matrix
Request quotations from suppliers for specified products
