We have a rare opportunity for a confident and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our forward-thinking contract packaging client at their comfortable and welcoming site on the outskirts of Motherwell. In this role, you will support the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Days of Work: Monday to Thursday (4 day week)
Hours of Work: 0700 to 1730
Pay Rate: £13.21 to £13.75 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer and Supplier Coordination:
* Liaise with clients and colleagues to efficiently schedule goods into our facility and manage the incoming goods schedule.
* Handle despatch requests and schedule uplifts, maintaining the outgoing goods schedule.
Reporting and Communication:
* Generate and upload reports to keep suppliers informed about receipts and despatches.
* Collect and communicate daily production information to our customers.
* Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for customers, highlighting stock inputs, usages, waste, and square-off numbers.
* Provide monthly stock holding reports to nominated customers, covering wet stock, dry stock, and pallets.
Warehouse Operations:
* Create and distribute pick lists to the warehouse team, including emergency pick lists, to support the production process.
* Prepare scanning sheets to help the warehouse team locate finished stock efficiently.
Compliance and Fulfilment:
* Operate systems in compliance with HMRC regulations.
* Manage our online fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

Warehouse Management Systems:
* Experience with systems for both wet and dry goods is essential. If you have familiarity with SAP, that's a big plus.

* Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint is a must. You'll be navigating these tools daily.
Customer Systems:
* Some of our customers provide access to their systems, including online fulfilment software. Don't worry, training will be provided where needed.
