Maintenance Supervisor – Prime Residential
My client is a Privately Owned Main Contractor who has been established for c. 20 years, based in SW London.
Their projects consist mostly of prime residential refurbishments of single dwellings and luxury apartments for exclusive clients. Typical contract values range from c. £500k to £10m, including basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs.
My client has an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Belgravia, and has built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product.
They require an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager within their small works, special projects, and maintenance division.

Reporting to the Division Manager, your duties will include:
1. Organising and managing the delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance jobs and small works in a timely and professional manner – Including the allocation of the maintenance engineer and direct labour as and when required.
2. Ensuring all costs are captured correctly with materials and operatives.
3. Ensuring the correct operatives, tools, materials, and sub-contractors are allocated to jobs to ensure the works are completed in a timely manner.
4. Ensuring the works are completed to the required standard and to current regulations and that the clients are satisfied with the works.
5. Client liaison with private clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
6. Quality Control and Health & Safety.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates will need to have prime residential experience and have held a similarly responsible position.
