Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (min 3 days in the office)

An opportunity has arisen for a Pricing Executive to join our Products & Services team. You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Pricing and Promotions within the Product & Services Department in the day to day running and promotion of the Supplier Support Programme (SSP). Your focus will be the commercial development of suppliers on the programme and supporting general pricing administration.
As a Pricing Executive your responsibilities are:
1. Accurately load, maintain, and analyse pricing uploads and data into the various Lyreco systems and support pricing processes.
2. Organise, plan, and execute relevant events and sales meetings for the SSP.
3. Work with the pricing team to enrich and process data, including maintaining pricing procedures and systems.
4. Responsible for the alignment, development & reporting of agreed KPIs of the SSP to the Head of Pricing and Promotions, relevant Head of Category, and the Sustainability team.
5. Day to day management of the SSP, including management of the supplier relationships and identification of opportunities to improve and promote the SSP.
The ideal Pricing Executive will:
6. A bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or a related field is preferable but not vital providing you can demonstrate experience within a pricing & or relevant administrative field.
7. A willingness to step up and take on more responsibility when the need arises from both the Head of function and Head of Pricing and Promotions.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to learn how to interpret and manage data.
9. PC literate (Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
10. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages and engage with suppliers, sales, and prospective customers.
11. A full and valid Driving Licence is required as well as an ability to travel when required.
