We’re recruiting Estates Workers. 1 Full Time and 1 Part Time position.
You will work within a small Estates Team which provides reactive and planned preventative general maintenance support to our Adults, Children & Young Adults Hospice.
You will have good IT Skills, excellent communication and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work and a positive can-do attitude. This busy role involves carrying out general maintenance duties (equipment checks and fixes) and health and safety checks (water checks, PAT testing etc.).
You will work flexibly, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday and you will support with the maintenance, operational running, and upkeep of our facilities. Days of the week may be varied.

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours a week - 5 out of 7 days. Part time 22.5 hours a week - 3 out of 7 days.
Salary: Full time £23,610 FTE per annum.
The role will require a DBS check (which would be processed and paid for by the Hospice) and a Driving Licence.
