Role summary
The Head of HR Business Partnering is a leadership role supporting the senior leaders and potentially C-level leaders directly as a strategic partner, trusted advisor and change agent.
As a people manager of 3 HR Business Partners, you will ensure deliverables are appropriately assigned and managed across your team members for business success. You will further ensure you are providing your team with the clarity, development coaching and proactive management to ensure they succeed both as individuals and as a team. For this, you will carefully balance and prioritise the needs of various organisational groupings (e.g. functions, departments) across your team efficiently and effectively.
You will partner closely with other functional people teams to inform them on business strategy and co-create solutions with them that can effectively help our internal customers succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will support or lead projects to deliver broader business/people outcomes at the business unit/function level.
Core Responsibilities
* Provide People / HR leadership at the major business unit level
* Understand business unit strategy and align HR BP team and actions accordingly
* Partner with business leaders to provide solutions for workforce topics and challenges
* Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to supported business leaders on organisation design and change management matters for the long-term success of the business. This includes key HRBP initiatives such as workforce planning, pay reviews, performance & talent management, succession planning and L&D and OD interventions
* Analyse / present data to generate valuable insights for the business leaders and co-create decision-making options
* Identify improvement opportunities on people-related topics in the business, to constantly raise the talent bar and drive simplification
* Independently drive organisational change, improve processes and implement HR best practices in collaboration with other People functions and in alignment with the business goals and needs
* Proactively and regularly partner with other People function teams to co-create new people solutions that address business challenges or help harmonise existing processes across geographies for the same business units or functions.
* Actively seek out and volunteer to lead projects to contribute to the team and drive your own self-development
* Partner with the Senior Director of People in creating the long-term strategy for the HRBP function in HelloFresh
Who you are:
* A strong background in relevant HRBP experience
* Extensive people management experience of HR teams
* Extensive track record of co-creating and implementing People programs and initiatives at BU level
* Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
* Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple demanding stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and assign team effectively
* Strong influencing skills with experience providing leadership in a matrix environment
* Agile thinker who can lead in a fast-paced / rapidly changing environment
* Analytical thinker who can offer multiple data-driven solutions for complex problems

Location: Flexible to any site (London, Banbury, Nuneaton, Derby) and this is a hybrid role with expectations of 2 days within your home site, 1 day at a different site and 2 days working from home
