Account Executive

What is the role?
Working within the newly formed Channel Team, the New Business Account Executive will predominantly be tasked with driving new revenue streams into the business through a mix of new MSP logo acquisition and existing accounts.
This will involve new account prospecting through a mixture of inbound lead generation, trade shows, marketing activity, and cold prospecting. The candidate will also build relationships and seek to increase revenue and sales from an existing account base, who have worked with Neos previously.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, financially driven, and enthusiastic about new account prospecting.
Key tasks
1. Onboard new MSP partners and increase new logo sales revenue.
2. Work alongside the Channel Team Manager to ensure KPIs are met, and sales prospecting activity is proactively managed.
3. Follow up on new leads generated from marketing activity in a timely manner, with the ambition of converting new sales.
4. Build a strong pipeline to ensure sales growth, by promoting the products and services that Neos Networks can offer into the MSP market.
5. Arrange Teams and Face to Face meetings, supported by the Channel Manager, with new prospects to onboard new partners.
What do I need?
1. Proven experience working in a new business sales environment ideally with Telecoms experience.
2. An understanding of the core connectivity products in the Neos portfolio, including optical, ethernet services, managed internet access, and cloud connect.
3. Good analytical skills with the ability to understand revenue, costs, and margin.
4. Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
5. The ability to work across the organisation to seek support when required.
6. Experience of using a Sales CRM tool would be helpful.
