About the role You will be required to use not only your legal skills, but also your excellent business development, commercial and interpersonal skills to be successful in this position. The role will see you working on real estate finance deals as well as advising on restructuring and insolvency scenarios working with the fund clients to deliver their Credit, Real Estate and Direct Lending strategies and also to act for our Insolvency Practitioner clients across the UK working on the real estate elements of administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies. You will accordingly have established experience in property finance and an awareness of enforcement scenarios and insolvency related transactions acting for insolvency practitioners. About you The role which would suit a senior solicitor with 5 years PQE with non-contentious real estate finance experience (Banking and/or Real Estate) ideally with hands on experience of preparing and negotiating loan documentation on bridge lending deals and undertaking real estate due diligence and who is able to work autonomously and is very commercially focused. You will be a confident individual who is self-motivated and outcomes orientated. The successful candidate will have non contentious banking/real estate finance and bridge lending experience ideally gained from a leading law firm, motivated to transition from traditional practice into a more commercial role.
