A dynamic manufacturer and distributor with a fantastic industry reputation is searching for a driven Sales Coordinator to join its vibrant sales team and foster close relationships with a loyal client base.

1. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5pm with an hour lunch
2. Salary guide: £22,500 to £30,000 depending on experience

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Foster close-knit relationships with new and existing customers, building rapport and trust to further business relationships
2. Identify business growth opportunities and proactively target new customers
3. Maximise account profitability by actively upselling products to existing customers
4. Handle incoming product queries and identify customer needs to recommend the best product
5. Manage all administration related to sales, including raising quotes and processing orders
6. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure products are delivered as agreed with customers
7. Deliver an excellent customer journey through strong communication skills and understanding of the business and its products
Sales Coordinator Skills and Experience:
1. Previous sales experience preferred, but candidates with little sales experience who have an interest in sales and want to progress will be considered
2. Driven and determined to succeed, goal-oriented, and enjoys working to targets
3. Excellent administration and organisation skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative
4. Proactive and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages; knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage
