Deliver pre-planned lessons under the guidance of teaching staff, ensuring the effective delivery of curriculum content. Provide individualized support to students with additional needs, including SEN learners, to facilitate their inclusion and progression. Assist in the planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth. Requirements: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience working in a similar role within a school setting. Strong understanding of primary curriculum frameworks and teaching strategies.
