We have an amazing opportunity for a Systems Admin / Analyst to work as part of a dynamic Business Intelligence team in providing expertise and reporting on our clinical systems in the form of new deployments, improvements, and reporting.
They will primarily ensure that we are getting the most out of our clinical systems and producing key reporting output with a key focus on supporting the service delivery team to provide a clear picture on performance and efficiency.
The role will support our NHS services area of the business. The post holder will help improve how we use our clinical system configuring, how it is set up, and looking for new opportunities as to how we use the systems better. They will pull out the key information and present the outputs to the service delivery team, providing them with the necessary information to make clear business decisions and understand how their service is performing.
A distinct opportunity of becoming so much more in the role. It has often been the case that employees that start at the Sys Admin level become part of the SMT / become a more senior tech.
The post holder will be responsible for:
* Provide support into how the CRM/ERP and urgent care modules are set up
* Identify and implement improvements in how the clinical systems are used and see how these can be effectively rolled out
* Support the deployment of new clinical systems into the business
* Build and understand clinical templates identifying the right way to pull data via these through reporting
* Report on key clinical system metrics to internal and external stakeholders ensuring high data quality
* Build and support new ways of clinical reporting to support the use of data
* Provide input into policies and procedures within the clinical systems and making recommendations for improvement
* Analyse and document simple to highly complex workflows, information, data collection and reporting requirements
* Be an expert in the clinical system by troubleshooting problems and addressing questions from end users regarding the application
The successful candidate should:
* Desirably have BA or Hons Degree in IT/Technology
* Have working knowledge of primary care clinical systems (S1, EMIS, etc…)
* Have working knowledge of systems and project life-cycle
* Have experience of testing user systems and reporting
* Have experience of working on systems deployments into an operation
* Desirably have prior knowledge of primary care
