Mobile HVAC Technician - London
Salary: £46,700 - £53,797 | Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (42.5 hrs)
Call-Out: 1 week in 4 | Overtime: 1.5x standard rate
Location: North London - Mobile, multiple sites
The Role:
Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems across multiple commercial sites to a high standard. Key duties include:
1. Completing PPM schedules and service reports
2. Responding to urgent repairs & alarms from the Helpdesk
3. Servicing AHUs, heat pumps, boilers, chillers & inverters
4. Identifying non-repairable faults and recommending solutions
5. Ensuring compliance with H&S policies
Requirements:
1. Commercial Gas Qualified (At least 4: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, etc.)
2. F-Gas (2079) Certified
3. 17th/18th Edition (Desirable)
4. Full UK Driving Licence & willingness to travel
5. Experience in HVAC/Gas across multiple sites
