Digital Change Manager
Location: Llantrisant (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000+ (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:00pm

Our client, a forward-thinking and rapidly evolving organisation, is seeking a Digital Change Manager to project manage their ongoing digital transformation journey.
Based at their head office in Llantrisant, this role offers the perfect blend of project leadership and innovation as you manage multiple ongoing digital initiatives. Hybrid working is available, and occasional travel to other UK sites (Bristol, Avonmouth) may be required.
What You'll Do:
As a Digital Change Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of digital transformation projects. You'll work across various business functions, engaging with key stakeholders to implement cutting-edge solutions that optimise processes and drive innovation.
Your role will include:
1. Partnering with departments and stakeholders to understand business challenges and uncover technological solutions.
2. Conducting gap analyses to bridge current processes with future digital needs.
3. Leading end-to-end project management, from defining scope and timelines to ensuring timely delivery.
4. Solving technical issues and ensuring the smooth deployment of new systems.
5. Acting as a key liaison between the business and IT teams to align digital strategies.
6. Continuously evaluating project performance, driving improvements, and delivering measurable results.
7. Training teams to seamlessly adopt new digital tools and processes that transform the way they work.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in digital transformation. You'll need:
1. Your own transport (as travel between sites may be required).
2. Previous experience as a Digital Change Manager in a complex, multi-functional business environment.
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
4. Exceptional relationship-building skills to gain trust and buy-in from all levels of the organisation.
5. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Power BI scripting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital optimisation.
2. Conduct gap analyses and deploy emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Lead the project lifecycle, from scope definition to post-implementation evaluation.
4. Drive process improvements by analysing current practices and suggesting technological innovations.
5. Deliver engaging training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
