Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AD) for identity and access management and Azure Entra for identity governance and compliance is essential. A thorough understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise integration is also necessary, along with hands-on experience managing both cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Candidates should hold Microsoft Certifications: AZ-900 and AZ-104. Eligibility for police vetting is a must, requiring 5 years of UK residency.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will act as the escalation point for all reported software-related issues. I will provide advanced troubleshooting and support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of escalated software cases reported via email or phone. I will log, track, and manage these issues, providing full documentation when escalating unresolved cases to engineering and development teams. It's essential that I maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring timely updates and compliance with SLAs, and act as an escalation contact for third-party suppliers, including Microsoft. I will also support remote and on-site installations and upgrades of software systems, monitor cloud-based systems, servers, and web apps to ensure optimal uptime, and participate in out-of-hours support on a rotational basis.
