We’re on the lookout for a down-to-earth Customer Service Advisor who’s great with people and keeps things running smoothly at the front. You’ll be the first face (or voice) customers deal with — whether they’re booking a detail, asking for advice, or checking in on their orders.
You’ll need to be confident, good under pressure, and able to manage your own workload without constant supervision. If you’ve got a love for customers, even better.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcome customers in person, online, and over the phone — taking orders, queries, updates, and general advice.
* Talk through our detailing packages and recommend the best options based on customer needs.
* Keep the booking system organised and running like clockwork.
* Update customers on progress and turnaround times.
* Handle payments, invoices, and any aftercare advice.
* Deal with complaints or concerns calmly and professionally.
* Liaise with the detailing team to make sure work is completed on time and to standard.
* Keep the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and welcoming.
