Salary: G06 – Starting from £24,790 pro rata (actual salary £13,183)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks).
Working pattern: 3 days per week, actual days to be agreed at interview. The post holder will be required to start work at 8.00 am.
Excellent term time only role - we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Admin team in our busy school office and reception.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school, which may include reception duties. A large part of this role will include school room bookings for classroom changes, exams, activities, meetings and more. Therefore experience with spreadsheets and a strong attention to detail is essential. Applicants must have experience in performing all aspects of administration using Microsoft Office and Gmail; experience of using Google Docs is desirable. Experience of SIMS or other school Management Information Systems would be highly advantageous, but full training will be provided.
