Key duties will include: To provide a Guest focused service at all times ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the Longleat brand guidelines. Operate our exciting range of attractions, ranging from Rockin Rhino, Adventure Castle to Giraffe feeding and Hedge Maze. Follow all essential Health & Safety procedures for all attractions as trained. Fully support Assistant Operations Manager in all aspects of attractions operations. To be responsible for the security and accounting of all moneys handled in the course of employment. To be responsible for the cleanliness and daily operational standards of the attractions they are assigned to. Pro-actively handle visitor queries and complaints Due to the nature of the business you must be willing to work in all weather conditions. To be able to work on all seasonal attractions including costume characters, elves at Christmas Grotto etc. Support with operation and marshalling of Park Events throughout the year. About you You bring enthusiasm and energy Strong communication skills with a keen, positive and friendly nature Reasonable grades in GCSE or equivalent - English and Mathematics (A-C) Ability to work under pressure, and to bring a good measure of energy to the job Experience in Customer Services or in interfacing with customers is an advantage As this is a seasonal role, flexibility of working hours. plus weekend and Bank Holiday working will be part of the requirement Due to safety critical nature of operation of some attractions, team members must be over 18. Your contract This is a permanent, working a minimum of 312 hours across a 13-week period (an average of 24 hours per week over a 7-day rota basis), including weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
