Job Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Administrator or Coordinator to join our expanding Service Delivery Team within our relaxed and friendly office in Corby. You will be working closely with our customers providing excellent customer service on a daily basis in a varied and growing role. Axil is looking for someone that has had previous experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering incoming calls/emails from Customers with requests for booking a service
2. Arranging bookings with our vendors and communicating this to our Customers
3. Following up on bookings that are due to ensure that our Customers' needs have been met
4. Sending out vendor schedules
5. Confidently solving any customer issues
6. Working closely and building relationships with our contract managers, Customers, and Vendors
7. Assisting in all aspects of Health & Safety
Essential Experience
1. Data entry experience
2. Administration experience
3. Experience working in an office environment
4. Experience in a similar role is preferred
5. Invoicing experience is preferred

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day
