Title: Payroll Manager
Salary: £55,000 p/a
Location: Coventry
Contract: Permanent
JGA are delighted to be working with a successful organisation looking to add a Payroll Manager to its team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Liaising and reporting to senior management
2. Managing a team
3. Payroll processing for UK clients, importing bulk data of new clients
4. Address escalated payroll queries within 24 hours
5. Manage year-end tax filings and pension schemes
6. Maintain GDPR compliance
7. Foster strong corporate relationships
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably CIPP certified
2. 3 Years+ in payroll management preferred although not essential
3. Extensive knowledge in Sage Software
4. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 50, and adaptable to new technologies
