Job Title: Prospect Innovation Marketing Assistant Manager – Skincare OR Haircare
Location: 100VE, London
Please note we will be recruiting for two positions – one in Skincare & one in Haircare, reporting to the Head of Skincare or Head of Haircare respectively.

This multi-disciplinary team is dedicated to crafting and creating sustainable, innovative solutions from inception to execution. Through experimentation, iteration, and deep transformation, we aim to elevate B&W brands by unlocking their purpose, science, and consumer desire to new heights and establishing a new ecosystem of groundbreaking ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Shape the Future of Our Core Business: Play a key role in identifying growth opportunities based on market data and trends, directly contributing to the future of our core business.
2. Drive Science and Desire: Support key innovation projects by seamlessly blending scientific insights with consumer desires, ensuring our products stand out in the market.
3. Refine Beauty Craftsmanship & Storytelling: Collaborate closely with R&D and agency partners to bring our product science stories to life, honing your craft in beauty storytelling.
4. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Successfully partner with the Head of Skincare/Haircare to guide multi-functional project teams, partnering closely with Business Unit teams to execute and bring innovations to market across the full marketing mix.

3. Passion for Skincare/Haircare and Beauty Trends: You are naturally curious, always on the lookout for the latest beauty trends, with a particular personal passion & curiosity for Skincare/Haircare brands and how they engage with their audiences.
4. Aesthetic Excellence: You have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and take pride in delivering high-quality work—never settling for 'good enough.'
5. High Digital & Social Fluency:
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
1. Educational Background: A university degree or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Marketing Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing. Experience in a Global Brand Development role is preferred, but not mandatory if you can demonstrate a strong interest in product craft (product/packaging, design, communications).
3. Leadership Skills: A proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and working closely with key partners.
4. Beauty Category Experience: Prior experience in a beauty category is preferred.
