PE Global is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for an initial 6 month contract role with a leading multinational client based in Gateshead (Team Valley Trading Estate). Job Responsibilities Process customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner utilising the ERP system. Input information into the workload trackers. Escalate customer complaints to the Quotations Lead when required. Represent the customer interests within the business to assist in finding resolution to requests in a timely manner. Accountable for contributing to improvement of department KPIs. Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times. Ensure all quotations and orders are handled in accordance with NOV compliance requirements and highlight any red flags to supervision. Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager. Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met. Requirements Computer literacy (including high expertise of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook) Secondary school level Maths, English Able to adeptly learn the context of a challenge and quickly integrate new skills. Confident and professional when representing the company in person and in writing (Presentation Skills/ Written Communication). A strong sense of customer focus (internal/external). Desirable Experience in a similar position (/- 2 years) Experience within a sales environment Knowledge of good sales practice Knowledge of sales procedures Knowledge of ERP/ MRP systems (moving to Omega/Oracle) Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
