The Role:
* Lead and oversee all operational activities, with direct responsibility for project delivery and team performance
* Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and engineering resources, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project execution
* Take full P&L responsibility for 25 projects, implementing robust processes and controls
* Drive operational excellence through effective leadership, maintaining high standards of quality and safety
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while fostering a collaborative team environment
* Implement and maintain efficient operational processes to ensure project profitability and timely delivery
Desired Experience:
* Industry experience working in Fire Suppression, Mechanical or Fire Protection
* Experience as an Operations Director
