Next Ventures is seeking an experienced HR Change Manager for a freelance role with our client in the Midlands, UK.
Start Date: January 2025
Location: Midlands, UK
Duration: 12 months
Travel: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Hours: Full time first 6 weeks + Go-live / part-time
Rate: INSIDE IR35
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the change management strategy including communication plans and training programmes
* Deliver training to 40k + employees
* Drive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
* Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels
Must Have:
* 5+ years of Senior Change Management experience
* Oracle HRIS/HCM Transformation experience
* proven Oracle EBS/Cloud HR Self-Service expertise
* HR Change Management strategy development and delivery experience
Nice to have:
* Oracle Guided Learning
* Oracle Train-the-trainer
* Project Coordinator experience
We are looking for someone willing to work full-time for the first 6 weeks of the role + the go-live period, then work part-time 2-3 days a week, onsite.
