We are looking for a friendly assistant to join our busy dispensary team at Sleaford Medical Group.

Experience in a dispensary or pharmacy is preferred but not essential, as long as you have excellent customer service and admin skills. It is more important to us that you are "the right person" and fit in with our positive, can-do culture.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate would work within the dispensary team, providing support in the day-to-day running of the department. The ideal candidate would have evidenced experience of working within a customer-facing environment.

Desirable experience and qualifications would include evidenced experience of working within a customer-facing environment and knowledge of the Dispensary/Pharmacy role within the healthcare sector.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
* Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Customer Service or similar
Experience
* Experience in a customer-facing environment
* Experience working in a Dispensary/Pharmacy role
* Experience of working in primary care / GP environment
* Experience of working with 'SystmOne'
Skills
* Good level of IT skill, including Microsoft Office software
