* Assist in marketing rental properties by ensuring listings are accurate, up to date, and properties are well-prepared for viewings.
* Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from prospective and existing tenants, following the prescribed approach.
* Communicate directly with prospective tenants via phone and email to arrange and attend viewings, and follow up as required.
* Support the onboarding process for new tenants, including referencing, ID and right-to-rent checks, and preparing tenancy agreements.
* Perform general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
* Assist the property management team during the move-in process, coordinating property inspections and inventory checks.
* Actively visit sites to ensure standards are upheld and outstanding issues are resolved.
