The Landesverein für Innere Mission in Schleswig-Holstein is a diaconal complex provider with around 4,000 employees and staff. In over 110 facilities, it provides important services for around 4,500 people of all ages with mental disorders, addictions and disabilities through professional support, treatment, counseling, care, nursing and protection.
The Landesverein is made up of four divisions, which represent the main area of business: Care, Participation, Psychiatry and Addiction. The Landesverein is currently undergoing a reorganization process for the administrative area in order to make the best possible use of the potential for further growth. As part of this reorganization, the administration is being divided into functional areas. These functional areas include Human Resources, Technology and Business Operations, Finance and Controlling as well as Digitalization and Organization.

Your Task
* Responsibility for the physical and virtual data center and server infrastructure
* Administration of active network components, incl. firewalls, WLAN and NAC
* Administration of backup systems and ensuring recovery
* Ensuring the availability of the systems and providing 2nd level support
* Active involvement in the optimization and further development of systems and processes
* Supporting central projects with the introduction of new processes
* Creation and maintenance of system documentation
We Would Like
* Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent training
* Several years of experience in the support of data center and network technology
* In-depth knowledge of VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft server operating systems and Active Directory
* Knowledge of current security standards and solutions
* Certifications such as MCP, MCSA or MCSE are desirable
* Solution-oriented way of working and ability to work in a team
