Ensure all laboratory activities and experiments are conducted safely, following school policies and best practices for laboratory safety. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification. Specialization in Science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics preferred) with proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level, ideally including Key Stage 4. Strong Pedagogical Skills: An ability to make complex scientific topics engaging and understandable, with a talent for adapting lessons to diverse student needs.
