Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates and that policy and safer recruitment principles are followed. Supporting employer branding initiatives to position the college as an employer of choice, leveraging social media, campus events, and partnerships to attract top talent in further education. Managing recruitment colleagues to ensure that they are providing an effective service to college managers, excellent candidate experience and that new colleagues are onboarded efficiently. If you can demonstrate the following then we’d love to hear from you: Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on further education or similar sectors highly desirable, including full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, with a track record of successfully attracting and hiring a diverse workforce to support an inclusive campus environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with leaders to identify staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a data-driven approach to assessing hiring metrics, trends, and improving recruitment processes.
