This role forms a pivotal part of the management team, and reports to an Operations Director, with 2 direct HR reports, close alignment and collaboration with the HR network, HR Shared Service and recruitment team across the UK and Ireland. As HR Business Partner, you will find yourself in a broad HR role with responsibilities ranging from process-oriented tasks such as supporting on change management initiatives and the performance review process to more strategic tasks such as aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and promoting the desired organisational culture through various activities.
This HR Business Partner role offers Hybrid / Flexible working with Kent office bases, occasional travel to other UK locations.

Duties, responsibilities, and tasks will include:
* Implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes and systems to ensure HR is aligned with the business strategy and goals.
* Talent Management - Understand the resource planning and provide solutions to skills gap analysis, talent attraction, creation of talent pipeline, and acquisition guidelines including workplace equality, diversity and inclusion, key position identification, leadership and talent review, but also learning and development initiatives through workshops and training.
* Competence development and succession planning to ensure employees, and their competence levels, meet current and future business needs (long and short-term workforce planning, deployment of the strategic workforce plan, monitoring and analyzing headcount).
* Produce key performance metrics, identify trends based on data and provide actions to improve areas within the business units such as talent and performance, succession plans, reward and recognition.
* Develop annual HR budgets in line with Group budget guidelines.
* Implement performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability, aligned with Group procedures.
About you:
Your diverse HR generalist background from multi-cultural business environments, combined with hands-on experience in leading change initiatives will ensure success in this role. A Level 5 CIPD qualification is required as a minimum. To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:

What is on offer to you:
* Basic Salary £65-85K
* Hybrid working. (Usually 3 days in office with 2 WFH)
* Working hours are Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 5pm with 45 minutes unpaid lunch break. Friday one hour unpaid lunch with 8.30-4pm day.
* Contributory Pension. Employee and Employer matched contributions at 4% / 8%. Salary sacrifice scheme.
* BUPA: single membership
* Non-contractual bonus: up to 20% in the full calendar year
* Company car grade 2 or Car allowance £625 pm
* Life Assurance: paid at 3x annual salary in the event of death whilst in service.
* 25 days holiday and 8 bank holidays paid
