We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to help create a dynamic and efficient work environment as we continue to grow and deliver outstanding consultancy services to our clients.
Job Description: The HR Advisor will provide expert guidance and support on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. This role involves working closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers
* Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
* Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations
* Administer employee benefits and payroll
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
* Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
* Maintain HR records and documentation
* Conduct training and development programs
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certification in HR is a plus
