About this Role
The Registered Domiciliary Care Manager plays a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities and growing a successful care team who deliver personal care services to our service users. The ideal candidate will ensure that the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, maintain high standards of care, and adhere to all processes and regulatory requirements.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager with a solid understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework relating to community care. You will also require good budget, business management, and commercial skills.
