As a member of the OD&C team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the department covering our core offering of Induction, Appraisal, Mandatory Training, Apprenticeships, Learning and Organisational Development. You will have a leading role ensuring that all work is carried out effectively, efficiently and in compliance with trust policies, procedures, good practice guidance and in line with national service standards and policy direction. Main duties of the job As the Operational Manager, you will lead to the operational day to day activity of the Organisational, Development and Culture department, developing team effectiveness and performance, transformation, and LEAN working striving for continuous improvement. You will join an established and supportive team and will lead the administration team to support the delivery of the department activities through a range of strategic and operational approaches, policy development and revision, change management and other workforce and service improvement techniques.
