We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic and creative bid team, based in either Sheffield or Manchester.
Reporting to the Bid Manager, you’ll ensure the visual and written quality of our bids is second to none.
The ideal candidate will be a confident writer with a keen eye for design, bringing industry experience and a passion for creating high-quality, compelling bids. You’ll collaborate with a team dedicated to embedding our culture and values into every aspect of our work, consistently producing effective, compliant and high-scoring bids.

Responsibilities
* Assist in coordinating the preparation and submission of prequalification questionnaires, tenders, fee proposals, and interview presentation materials, ensuring they meet client requirements.
* Take responsibility for managing incoming enquiries and notices, providing support with client communications and interactions.
* Support writing, editing and reviewing bid responses.
* Ensure the timely management of all tender activities.
* Gather feedback from clients on both successful and unsuccessful outcomes.
* Working closely with the Bid team and wider business, support the continuous improvement of bid materials, including CVs, case studies and standard responses, ensuring alignment with our brand, values and objectives.
* Coordinate responses for company-wide accreditations and supplier registrations.

* Experience of Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
