Job Title: Senior Finance System Administrator
Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Senior Finance System Administrator based in Liverpool.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 2 days in the office, can be flexible.
Duties will include:
* Working with the Finance Systems Manager, assisting the development of a new system and providing system support.
* Maintaining, developing and reviewing the new systems processes, including starter, mover, and leaver process.
* Responsible for troubleshooting and testing to inspect issues.
* Managing stakeholder relationships with software suppliers, understanding stakeholder needs and providing excellent customer service.
* System administration tasks.
* Ensuring processes are in line with the financial regulations.
* Responsible for integration between the invoice software and the finance system to prevent late payments.
* Updating and maintaining the chart of accounts.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience of maintaining, developing and troubleshooting Finance Systems.
* Technical and communication skills to lead change.
* Excel skills.
* Outstanding business relationship skills with colleagues, suppliers, and system users.
* Proactive in suggesting developments and new methods of working.
* Problem solving and decision-making skills.
* Experience of providing training to staff members.
