An exciting opportunity to join a growing team, reporting directly to the Professional Services Director, working on WMS projects within Northern Europe. You will lead projects from concept lock through to successful delivery and support handover, ensuring our customers’ expectations and needs are met, and costs and timelines are maintained and controlled. What a day in the life looks like: Lead IT-software projects for Körber Supply Chain Software, overseeing all project phases (Design, Adaptation, Validation, and Deployment). Collaborate with customers to create functional specifications and manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution or mitigation with internal and external teams. Support sales processes as a technical expert, providing estimations and aiding in product-related discussions. Monitor project progress against timelines, costs, quality, and success metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery. Engage with key stakeholders, manage customer requests, and oversee billing processes using NetSuite, while guiding internal teams and supporting project management development. What you bring to the team: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specifications. Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics operations, with experience in programming languages and databases being a plus. Strong influencing skills and the ability to manage both internal and external relationships effectively. Excellent analytical abilities, with an understanding of the business impact of decisions. Self-motivated, energetic, and independent with a thorough understanding of the project life cycle. Strong communication skills, experience with Microsoft tools, and willingness to travel, primarily within Europe. Why join us?
