The Role
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our respected team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, handling complex and varied property transactions in London and beyond. The ideal candidate will have strong conveyancing knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and a dedication to outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a range of conveyancing transactions independently, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, and high-value property transactions.
* Draft and review legal documents, conduct title checks, and carry out comprehensive due diligence.
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them updated throughout the conveyancing process and providing them with a seamless experience.
* Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
* Support junior team members and assist in maintaining high standards within the conveyancing team.
* Maintain accurate case files on the firm’s case management system, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing, with strong knowledge of Freehold, Leasehold, and complex property transactions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
* Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and problem-solving approach to handling transactions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
* Familiarity with case management systems and proficiency in using digital tools for case handling and documentation.
* A team-oriented individual who is eager to support colleagues and work collaboratively in a close-knit, high-performing team.
