As Veolia continues to grow and deliver its ecological transformation purpose externally, we need to ensure that our creative visuals are aligned, impactful and working to achieve the objectives of the entire business. From lead generation and raising awareness to internal design support, this role will be varied and fast-paced. The Creative Manager is responsible for leading and managing teams of creative professionals to develop and execute innovative projects. Some of their responsibilities include: The Creative Manager will provide creative ideas and direction to both projects and the team to aid development. They will be essential during the ideation stage and responsible for overseeing projects from concept to delivery. Excellent project management, budget, and resource management skills are required. Communicate with and manage stakeholder expectations by providing feedback and guidance throughout the project. Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with all business units that the creative team services. The creative manager will also attend and manage monthly resource meetings, with the marketing function and with its business-wide stakeholders. Responsible for providing insights on how to progress our creative assets and campaign development by staying ahead of industry trends. This role requires problem-solving and long-term planning skills to develop and grow the creative function's capabilities. Ensure consistency in branding and tone of voice across a wide range of assets with meticulous attention to detail. The creative team, comprising 5 graphic designers and videographers, will be led by the Creative Manager. The Creative Manager will also need lived skills in graphic design, digital, videography and print production. This role will be split as follows: 50% management and 50% creative direction and hands-on creative time. What are we looking for? A degree or equivalent in art and design and management experience in a similar environment are required. Senior creative role, either agency or in-house Experience in building efficient creative teams Well-established background in creative Management experience is essential Critical eye for detail and experience in approving artwork for public release What's next?
