We are seeking high-performing, dynamic, technology recruitment executives to join our team on a permanent basis. We have vacancies for multiple Recruitment Executives focusing on either Permanent or Contract vacancies across numerous technology disciplines. This role will be building and managing their own client base, developing long term recruitment plans and delivering end to end recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technology recruitment, excellent communication skills and a strong track record of meeting revenue and GP targets. The role can be undertaken with a hybrid approach attending our easily accessible Birmingham offices, three days per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture client relationships to establish Jumar as a preferred recruitment partner.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the relevant technology vertical.
* Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional services.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop long-term recruitment plans and build suitable candidate pipelines.
* Recruitment Management: Ensure candidate data and client activity are actively maintained on the Bullhorn recruitment software.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use relevant tools and software to source both active and passive candidates for vacancies.
* Interviewing: Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to ensure suitability for client vacancies.
* Feedback: Work closely with clients to gain useful and detailed feedback following candidate submission and interviews that can be relayed to candidates. Work closely with team members to ensure client feedback and sentiment is relayed to the relevant business units.
* Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and changes within your relevant vertical, leveraging this knowledge to proactively source candidates and deliver excellent recruitment processes and placements.
* Performance Targets: Achieve agreed weekly and monthly KPI's, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual GP sales targets.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience working as a recruitment consultant in Technology, Science, Engineering or Research.
* Proven track record of new business generation in a relevant industry.
* Proven track record of achieving revenue and GP targets.
* Experience delivering a full recruitment life cycle for clients, including sourcing and delivery.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* Experience using Bullhorn or a similar ATS/CRM
