We are looking for a Level 3 minimum, Deputy Manager to join our team.
Your Roles Will Be:
1. Support the manager in the daily running of the nursery.
2. Mentor new staff and induct them into their role.
3. Hold supervisions and appraisals with staff.
4. Be a key holder.
5. Support staff within a room and offer guidance.
6. Feed into the operational running of the nursery.
7. Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
8. Ensure staffing ratios are maintained throughout the nursery.
9. Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and children.
10. Liaise with outside agencies to ensure children are receiving the support they need.
11. Have a strong knowledge of child development.
This is a room-based role, with time in the office to complete deputy duties as needed.
This role is subject to two references and a clear enhanced DBS check.

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
