Our success lies in the commitment of our skilled Customer Service Advisors, known for building longstanding customer relationships. We are looking for two highly motivated, customer service focused individuals to join our team, where you will use your native level French language skills and fluent English speaking skills from day one. In our varied and dynamic roles, you will utilise your excellent communications skills, by proactively contacting, supporting and building strong business relationships with existing and prospective franchisees, customers and consumers within our French and English markets. Our French Speaking Customer Service Advisor will: • Utilise your exceptional native or fluent French language skills to create an impeccable end to end customer experience • Be the first point of contact for potential French franchisees, describing the Autosmart franchise business model, answering questions and gathering information • Carry out phone calls to prospective French franchisees, and taking them through the initial stages of our franchise recruitment process • Be the first point of contact for our French customers and consumers • Build strong relationships with our franchisees both in France and the UK • In French, answer queries, respond to technical questions, handle order and export paperwork, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects • Support colleagues and team members with other French country-specific activities which will include supporting our French and UK marketing programme Our French Speaking Customer Service Advisor will have: • Fluency in spoken and written French • Experience in a telephone-based customer service role • Excellent communication skills with a calm, composed manner with a positive, ‘will-do’ attitude • Customer relationship and, or customer account management experience • Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ideally with some export administration experience • An eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutions • Confident IT skills including MS office • Live within a commutable distance of Shenstone, near Lichfield • Comfortable with occasional travel between sites in Burntwood, Shenstone and Cergy, France We offer: • Salary of up to £31,400 depending on experience • Permanent contract of employment (Monday to Friday, 38.5 hours) • Company-wide training programme to develop key skills and a supportive and friendly team • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays • Staff purchase scheme – take home products for FREE • Non-contributory private health care • Generous contributory pension scheme • Life insurance at three times salary • Employee assistance programme Apply today If this sounds like your next role and an opportunity to work within a stable, market leading business, where you can enjoy being in a great team environment, benefit from a comprehensive and structured training programme, then we cannot wait to hear from you, apply today.
