Within this role, you will arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs activities at the Crowcon Head Office facility. You will plan and implement work schedules, requesting contractor quotations and scheduling work. You will organise and help monitor contractors, escorting and introducing them to the site, ensuring that they are carrying out work to agreed schedule and facilitating ad-hoc call outs. You will deliver a high level of service, comfort and safety for users of our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are fully functioning, and you will supply maintenance reports and updates to the Head of Production on a regular basis. You will: Handle all administration associated with sub-contractor visits as well as call outs for required works Have high standards of health and safety by conducting regular building checks, resolving issues promptly Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Manage and prioritise tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Coordinating waste collections and ensure Waste Transfer notes are completed and filed accurately Control Contractors ensuring RAMS, Permit to Work, Training and Competencies are current and available before work commences. Be main point of contact, familiarising the contractors with site-specific hazards Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
