This a new role, joining a brand-new team, where you will be reporting into our Customer Experience Lead. Primarily assisting customers who are signed up to our Contact Lens Reward Plan. Working within our Customer Operations Team, the role will provide resolution to all types of customer enquiries and complaints, by written, social and telephony contact. Each case is logged, and the Customer Liaison Specialist will manage through to resolution. Initially, most customer interactions will be with our Contact Lens Reward Plan customers however, there is a vision to multi-skill across our wider Customer Operations Team, where the role will then include interaction with all Boots Opticians customers. You will work closely with our outsourced suppliers, taking escalated calls and offering training support where required.
