The Company: Specialising in Driver Training for all organisations that requires driver safety compliance e.g. Large Fleets, Construction or any company that offers company cars. Products & Services include Insurance Checks, Risk Assessments, MOT & Road Tax Checks, Driver Training, Taxi Driver Training & Construction Training.
The Role: Due to growth, we are looking for 2x Business Development Managers. You will be responsible for 100% new business, driving growth in the sales team. You will be working alongside 3 x BDMs, 2 Key Account Managers, 2 Account Managers and a operational support team.
This is a national role; you can be based anywhere in the UK if you are happy to commute once a month to the office in Telford. You will be required to attend client meetings, but you will be managing your own diary for this.
Members of the sales team currently all have a mix of sector experiences, so we are open to industry experience.
We are open to seeing any B2B sales candidates that has sold a product or service. The typical cycle length to winning new business in this role is expected to be 4 weeks to Months therefore managing your expectations & motivation in the role is key.

Responsibilities:
· Travel to Telford office once a month.
· Client visits are expected, managing your own diary is essential.
· Drive growth by identifying new customer opportunities across various sectors.
· Build sales pipeline capable of exceeding agreed sales targets - discussed in interview.
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and value propositions.
· Draft and negotiate business proposals and contracts with a high degree of commercial acumen.
· Align with internal and external stakeholders to deliver win-win solutions for both company & clients.
· Build meaningful relationships with prospective clients.
· Introduce innovative thought leadership to tailor solutions that meet complex customer challenges.
· Lead or support colleagues in strategic bids, ensuring seamless teamwork and execution.
· Stay ahead of industry trends locally and internationally to maintain competitive advantage.
· Regularly evaluate and report on successes and areas for improvement to refine strategies.
Requirements:
· Any B2B sales experience will be considered.
· Advantage if you come from a Training or Education Sales background.
· Strategic minded and analytical
· A big-picture thinker, inquisitive
· Would consider a mixture of Account Management & New Business IF you can demonstrate winning new business and happy with a 100% N.B role.
Salary & Benefits Package:
1. Starting salary between £35,000 and £45,000. Dependent on Experience
2. Commission structure with potential for 40% OTE.
