What we are looking for in you:
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic and experienced Deputy Head of Housing to work alongside the Head of Housing in driving high standards and overseeing our Adult Housing and Support Services across YMCA Dulverton Group. In this role, you will support our Adult Housing Operations Managers in delivering exceptional services, as well contributing to the development of our work which aims to improve outcomes for our Housing customers.
We are looking for a leader with a proven track record in housing management, someone who can motivate and inspire teams as well as driving service excellence. You should possess strong strategic thinking, the ability to solve problems, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safeguarding and compliance.
Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, as well as working to support customers, stakeholders and colleagues, ensuring effective collaboration across the services. Adaptability and resilience are key; you’ll need to manage challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering positive outcomes for our services.
